For account, upload, storage, export, deletion or abuse-report assistance, email us with your account email and a description of the issue. Never send passwords, card information or unlawful media.

Subscriptions

Use Restore purchases in the app with the account that originally subscribed. Manage renewal in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Apple handles payment methods and refunds.

Background uploads

Prepared transfers can continue while the app is minimized or the iPhone is locked. File selection, iCloud retrieval and preparation may need the app open. iOS controls scheduling and network availability. Force-quitting stops background transfers until you reopen the app.
