Bring your iPhone library with you
Choose Continue with Google and use the same Google account as your EverPhotos iPhone app. A different Google account opens a different member library.
Add your next memories
Open your library and choose Add memories, or drop files onto the page. Keep the browser tab open. Upload details show browser transfer, file preparation, provider transfer, and library confirmation separately.
An upload needs attention
Check your connection and open Uploads. Retry reuses the staged file where possible. Provider limits and supported formats still apply. Closing the browser clears its local upload queue; your saved library stays available.
A preview is unavailable
The file may be processing or unavailable in the storage provider. Refresh manually to check again. Previews do not fall back to an old local copy.
Premium and renewals
Open Storage in your account to see recorded access. Manage your Apple subscription through the link there or the settings on your iPhone.

Sign in, open Help & support, and submit a message with the filename and what happened. Never include a password or payment details.
